MH Akers has completed a total remake of ugly duckling condo above Tom Lee Park and the Mississippi River. This unit was transformed from the old, poor architecture and horrendous decor into chic pied-à-terre for corporate executive use for Grizzly’s games, Memphis Redbirds’ games, Memphis in May events, downtown dining, cultural events, hosting out of town guests, etc. MH Akers completed all work in-house, including conceptualization, design, execution of remodel.
