Our work on this striking architect-built East Memphis home continues, progressing from one phase and one space to the next, in collaboration with uber talented interior designer Nan Conway of Tallahassee, Florida. Always with support and insightful input from our delightful clients.
The master bedroom was the first area we tackled in the interior of the home, replacing a semi built-in display cabinet with a more aesthetically pleasing and functional dresser/storage/display cabinet, updating the media systems, and applying fresh finishes, while Nan did most of the heavy lifting. The master bath required a more extensive refit, ripping out a very dated sunken tub to be replaced by a stunningly beautiful black cast stone free standing tub, completely re-doing the shower with new plumbing, sea foam-colored glass tiles, and a European sliding enclosure, replacing the original slate floor with a chic Italian black porcelain, adding a towel warmer, and finally, fitting the vanities with scintillating Cambria tops and Kohler faucets and rectangular basins.
Quite a transformation. Made possible by the good teamwork of clients, design professionals, tradesmen, and contractor.
